PIED- RED RUMPED PARAKEET
The Red-rumped Parrot, Psephotus haematonotus, also known as Grass Parakeet Red-rumped Parrot is an ideal bird for the beginner, there is no experience needed and the noise level is low. They can be housed in breeding cages or aviaries. Red Rump Parakeets are hardy making them a good bird for beginners.
